Doorway to Heaven
Doorway to Heaven! The Key To Your Supernatural Independence In the Kingdom Of God!
Luke quotes Jesus as saying,“Strive to enter through the narrow door; for many, I tell you, will seek to enter and will not be able. Once the head of the house gets up and shuts the door, and you begin to stand outside and knock on the door, saying, ‘Lord, open up to us!’ then He will answer and say to you, ‘I do not know where you are from.’ Then you will begin to say, ‘we ate and drank in Your presence, and You taught in our streets…” (Luke 13:24-26)What is this narrow door Luke is speaking about? Jesus declared, “The words I speak to you are spirit they are life.” (John 6:63) The spirit of the Word is the supernatural breath of God’s intent, which gives us passageway into the eternal realms of heaven.
In this particular text the word “strive” means to contend for a prize or contend with opposition.
The Apostle Paul makes reference to this prize by encouraging the church in Philippi to press on toward the goal…
“I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” Let us therefore, as many who are perfect have this attitude; God will reveal that also to you; however, let us keep living y that same standard to which we have attained.” (Philippians 3:14-16)
Some have concluded this “upward call” is just about making it into heaven when we die. This is not an accurate interpretation of this scripture. The upward call of God is not an intended point in the future, but now. The word “enter” Greek word “ice” means to pass through into another place and time.
Therefore, against all opposition, we are invited to pass through this narrow door, which is the same door that John saw when he heard Jesus say, “Come up here.” Stepping through this heavenly door will lead us into another place and time in the kingdom of heaven. Jesus is currently knocking on the door of our hearts wanting to come in and dine with us.
However, a time will come when this eternal door will close. At that juncture in time, a shift will occur, instead of Jesus knocking on the door (of our hearts) countless people will begin to knock on the door (of the heart of God). At which time the response of heaven will not be as receptive as before. The word “door” means to have access, it literally means “one that opens and closes.” Currently, the enemy is discouraging people from entering into the open door, which reflects the portals of heaven. The strategy of the enemy is to delay the response of the people long enough until the door closes.
During the construction of the ark in Noah’s day there was invitation to the people to enter in. Once the door was shut, their only opportunity to life was closed. Presently God is building his house, however, like Noah, the time of construction will come to an end. At which point the door of eternal intimacy will close. “As it was in the days of Noah, so shall the son of man be.”

Thank You For Your Giving!
Please know that this ministry is dependent upon you, the faithful partners and supporters of MTI. Without you, our ability to advance the kingdom of God is greatly challenged. Currently, we need your support more than ever. Once summer kicked in we have experienced a substantial decrease in giving toward this ministry. Oddly enough, many of you have expressed via email the wealth of this ministry thinking that we do not need your support. I assure you, this is not the case. Your continual prayers and financial support are the wheels of our advancement. Therefore, let me express my deepest gratitude for your prayerful consideration to seed into this ministry like no other time before.
You are truly amazing!
